Malcolm joined Fox Hayes as a Partner in August 2001 and became head of the Corporate Team in 2005. He has a particular interest in helping owner managed firms.

The Corporate Team at Fox Hayes deals with share sales and investments and commercial agreements.

Malcolm is also the head and founder of the Business Transfer Company, which handles transfers of small businesses.
